Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by partysupplies-uk.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

How to Return an Item
To return an item, please visit our online Returns Center to initiate a return. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Refunds will be charged to the original form of payment. Please remember that your bank may also require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Items purchased from a partysupplies-uk.com retail location may be returned to any store within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. A refund will be provided in the original form of payment.

Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, costumes, makeup, and intimate apparel. Custom printed items are also non-returnable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in your return authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
